Regarding education, Littler states “I don’t have multiple degrees”, suggesting that he does not have any higher education, whereas Boyce has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Toledo and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
Littler may be a decent man, but Boyce’s education, professional and public service experience make Kevin Boyce the far more qualified candidate.
