Andrew C. Littler is running for Franklin County Commissioner in 2020 for the seat held by incumbent Kevin L. Boyce. What are the candidates’ qualifications?
Regarding education, Littler states “I don’t have multiple degrees”, suggesting that he does not have any higher education, whereas Boyce has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Toledo and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
Littler may be a decent man, but Boyce’s education, professional and public service experience make Kevin Boyce the far more qualified candidate.
